Inflatable Castle Installation Guide
Thank you for choosing MasterBounce’s inflatable castle. To ensure you can install and use our product safely and smoothly, we have prepared a detailed installation guide. Please carefully follow the steps below:
I. Pre-Installation Preparations
(1) Site Selection
Flat Surface: Choose a flat, firm surface for installation. Avoid areas with sharp objects or uneven ground that could damage the inflatable castle.
Space Requirements: Ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the full expanded size of the inflatable castle, with some additional safety clearance around the edges.
Avoid Hazardous Areas: Install the inflatable castle away from electrical wires, trees, or any other potential hazards.
(2) Tools and Equipment
Inflation Pump: Ensure you have an appropriate inflation pump and check that it is in proper working condition.
Fixing Equipment: Prepare enough ground stakes, sandbags, or tether ropes to secure the inflatable castle and prevent it from moving or being blown away by wind.
Cleaning Tools: Have cleaning tools such as a broom or cloth to tidy up the installation area.
II. Installation Steps
(1) Unfolding the Inflatable Castle
Unpack Carefully: Gently unpack the inflatable castle, avoiding any sharp objects that could tear the material.
Lay Flat: Spread the inflatable castle flat on the ground, ensuring that there are no folds or twists in the material.
(2) Connect the Inflation Pump
Locate the Inflation Valve: Find the inflation valve, usually located at the bottom or side of the castle.
Connect the Pump: Attach the inflation hose to the valve securely to prevent air leakage.
Check the Power Supply: If the pump requires electricity, ensure that the power socket is within a safe distance and the power cable is intact.
(3) Inflate the Castle
Start Inflation: Turn on the pump to begin inflating. Keep an eye on the shape of the inflatable castle to ensure it inflates evenly.
Adjust the Position: While inflating, gently adjust the position of the castle to ensure it sits evenly on the ground.
Check Inflation Status: Once fully inflated, turn off the pump and inspect the castle for any air leaks, ensuring it retains its shape.
(4) Secure the Inflatable Castle
Install Fixing Equipment: Depending on the size and usage scenario of the castle, choose the appropriate fixing equipment. For outdoor use, ground stakes or sandbags are recommended.
Set Fixing Points: Secure the fixing equipment evenly around the perimeter of the castle to ensure each point can handle the necessary tension.
Ensure Secure Fixing: Attach the fixing equipment firmly, making sure the castle will not shift or be blown away during use.
(5) Safety Checks
Emergency Exits: Ensure that emergency exits are clear and easily accessible for rapid evacuation in case of an emergency.
Guardrails: Check that the guardrails are securely attached and can effectively prevent children from falling.
Surface Inspection: Inspect the surface of the castle for any damage or sharp objects that may pose a safety risk.
III. Post-Installation Precautions
(1) Pre-Use Checks
Recheck Fixing Equipment: Before each use, double-check the securing equipment to ensure the castle is still stable and safe.
Check Inflation Status: Verify that the inflatable castle is properly inflated and there are no air leaks.
(2) During Use
Monitor Capacity: Limit the number of users based on the size of the inflatable castle to avoid overcrowding.
Avoid Dangerous Activities: Prohibit activities such as rough play, excessive jumping, or jumping from high points inside the castle.
Parental Supervision: It is highly recommended that parents supervise children during use to ensure their safety.
(3) Severe Weather Precautions
Avoid Use During Severe Weather: Do not use the inflatable castle during strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms.
Deflate and Store After Use: If not in use, deflate and store the castle to protect it from prolonged exposure to bad weather.
IV. Maintenance and Cleaning
(1) Daily Maintenance
Regular Inspections: Periodically check the securing equipment, the condition of the material, and the inflation pump to ensure they are functioning properly.
Cleaning and Disinfection: Regularly clean and disinfect the inflatable castle to maintain hygiene and prevent bacterial growth.
Maintenance Records: Keep a detailed log of each inspection and maintenance activity to track any issues and address them promptly.
(2) Storage and Folding
Deflate and Fold: Ensure the castle is fully deflated before folding it for storage.
Store in a Dry Place: Store the castle in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent moisture damage.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: For long-term storage, keep the inflatable castle out of direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
